Samsung Galaxy S10 is currently under prototype stage as reported by Bloomberg. But it also revealed there is truth to a nasty rumour which leaked earlier this month: Samsung is “toying” with removing the Galaxy S10’s headphone jack.
In terms of innovation, and the changing of the guard, so to speak, Samsung seems to be moving away from the features that Galaxy owners have been using for over a half decade. Samsung suggested they were all about introducing new features and innovating technology with midrange phones before hero and headline phones starting in 2019. This comment came from the head of Samsung Mobile in September of 2018. What they didn’t mention implicitly was the cost.
Meanwhile, the design is still blurry, a recent leak suggests that Samsung might launch the device with a bigger battery and better screen-to-body ratio. It is expected to feature a massive 4000 mAh battery and will have a 93.4% screen-to-body ratio. The new leak suggests that Samsung might be the latest company to give-in and follow the notch trend or will add all the necessary sensors on the bezels of the device while hiding the front camera behind the display.
Regarding the processor, Samsung will be using Snapdragon processor for USA variant and Exynos for rest of the world. More variants will be available with storage up to 512 Gb.
