Meizu M6s gets certification for 4GB and 6GB variants by TENAA

Meizu, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer recently launched the Meizu M6s with 3GB RAM. The device was released in Januaray with 3GB of RAM, and a new variant of the phone just got certified in China. The certifications indicated that the 4GB and 6GB variants will be released soon. This listing popped up on TENAA a few days back, and other than different RAM counts, the remaining specifications of the device remains same to that of January.

Meizu M6s Specifications

The phone comes with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels at a PPI of 282 pixels per inch. This handset does not sport the mBack physical, multifunctional home key below the display, instead, Meizu implemented the ‘Halo Button’ in the Meizu M6s.

The Meizu M6s is powered by Samsung Exynos 7872 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. Regarding the camera, the Meizu M6s has 16MP primary camera on the rear and a 8MP front shooter for selfies. A 3,000mAh non-removable battery which supports 18W fast charging is also a part of this package, while Android 7.1.2 Nougat comes pre-installed on the phone, with Meizu’s Flyme 6.2 OS.

The smartphone supports dual SIM (4G+4G).  Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
