With its efforts to expand services to grass root level, Xiaomi on Monday announced WhatsApp-based Xiaomi Mi Bunny subscription service. The service is exclusively dedicated to Mi fans so they get instant updates about latest Xiaomi news, new product launches, product deals, sale reminders, notifications about MIUI weekly updates, and reminders about Mi Fan meetups over WhatsApp.

Users can also use this service to raise their support requests. Xiaomi seems to be taking full advantage of WhatsApp Business that was recently launched in India. To apply for Xiaomi Mi Bunny subscription you need to send “Xiaomi” to +91-7760944500 along with your name and city via WhatsApp. The company will then send you Greeting messages and inform you about future Xiaomi updates and news.
In case, you want to use raise a support request you need to send “Support” on the same number and then follow the on-screen instructions. Xiaomi promised that all interactions with third party will remain confidential.
Currently Xiaomi provides services to only those mentioned above. However, based on the response, we might see more features soon.
After the release of WhatsApp Business there have numerous companies taking full advantage of this app. Not only the features but it also helps to understand customers easily.
