Once you have set up, you can automatically see your latest activities on the app.

Gyroscope gets weight & body fat data from most popular WiFi scales though Fitbit or Nokia integrations, or with HealthKit. All you need to do is to record your weight on daily basis to get most detailed info about you body. If you don’t have a WiFi scale, you can manually enter the measurements.
Overall it’s an amazing app which will attract users from various strata, regardless of you being a fitness guy or a normal routine guy. however most of the amazing features like sleep tracking , mind activity or integration with computer is only for Pro Version and not the free one.
