HTC Desire 12 specifications
Evan Blass has revealed a lot about this smartphone, including the specifications. Going by his tweet, it is expected that this device will have 5.5 inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. This will be the first budget smartphone from HTC that offers 18:9 display.
Other leaked specs include, it will be embedded with unspecified MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. The smartphone is likely to get regular camera setup with a single 13-megapixel sensor at the back and a 5-megapixel sensor up front. HTC hasn’t created much hype about this device but if everything goes well, then this device will be released at MWC 2018. Recalling the Full screen display, the U11+ was HTC’s first phone to ship with an edge-to-edge, near bezel-less screen and an unusual aspect ratio of 18:9.
The HTC U12 may not get unveiled at MWC 2018 and is likely to get launched at some other event in March or April of this year. This is could be because, HTC wants to avoid its products to get overshadowed by Samsung, as it will be launching Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus.
