Android Oreo was launched last year which brings several major improvements. Some Oreo features  include Picture-in-Picture, Autofill, Smart text selection, Background limits, adaptive icons, and a redesigned emoji library.

Google claimed that it would work with smartphone makers to make Android Go-powered devices to push better Android experience at a more affordable price point. The company claims that devices with 512 MB RAM will run without any problem.

The developers managed to make a flashable zip file that could turn any Android 8.1 Oreo ROM into Oreo Go ROM. So you will be enjoying butter smooth Android Oreo experience even on low hardware devices. But wait, there’s a catch.

Installing the zip can devoid of several Oreo features like multi-window feature, changing notification icon, log sizes, zen access and VR listener access. You will not get app notification access also. If your needs are performance only then flash the zip, if not there’s no other option as of now.
